Four new ambassadors, poised to navigate the UAE’s global relationships, took their oaths of office today before President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The ceremony, held at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi, saw representatives to Bahrain, Peru, Bulgaria, and UNESCO officially entrusted with their critical roles.
President Sheikh Mohamed extended his best wishes to the newly appointed envoys, urging them to be dedicated ambassadors for the UAE. He emphasized the importance of strengthening ties with their respective nations, expanding mutual interests on all levels, and contributing to the UAE’s mission of fostering effective global partnerships.
“Your role as ambassadors is crucial in representing the UAE on the world stage,” he stated, highlighting the vital contribution of diplomats in promoting the nation’s values of cooperation and peace.
Taking the oath were Fahad Mohammed Al Ameri, destined for Bahrain; Ibrahim Al Alawi, bound for Peru; Abdulrahman Al Jaber, heading to Bulgaria; and Ali Al Ali, entrusted with the prestigious role of UNESCO ambassador.
The newly appointed diplomats expressed their deep gratitude for the trust placed in them and pledged unwavering commitment to their duties. They vowed to diligently serve the UAE’s interests, build stronger relationships with their host countries, and uphold the nation’s core values on both the regional and international stage.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of distinguished officials, including H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Ali Mohammed Al Shamsi, Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, and Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh.
