During the APC presidential rally in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, expressed his belief that he will become the next president of Nigeria, while seeking the votes of the people.
Tinubu stated that his desire for power is to improve the living conditions of citizens and make Nigeria a prosperous nation.
The rally was attended by other political figures including the APC National Chairman, Lagos State Governor, Governor of Ebonyi State, former Governors of Ekiti and Edo States, the National Vice Chairman of the party, South-South, and the Rivers State governorship candidate of the APC.
Notably, former Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi was not present, but his loyalists were in attendance.
Tinubu apologized for the delay and stressed the need for peace and stability to achieve prosperity in Nigeria. He promised to focus on skills development, manufacturing, and job creation if elected as president. Tinubu urged the crowd to vote for him and emphasized the need to keep promises.
