Abdulazeez Olajide Adediran, the Lagos State governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has expressed confidence that his rival, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour of the Labour Party (LP), cannot win the governorship election scheduled for March 18.
Adediran, in an appearance on Arise TV News morning show on Wednesday, claimed that the PDP members voted for LP presidential candidate Peter Obi, based on ethnicity and religion.
He further revealed that many Nigerians in the Diaspora returned to their respective foreign countries after casting their votes for Obi.
Adediran maintained that he will emerge as the winner of the election on Saturday, as all PDP members will vote for him, stating that he is more popular than Rhodes-Vivour.
