During a meeting of the Presidential Transition Committee on Tuesday, Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha, said plans are on track to ensure a smooth and peaceful transition of power to President-Elect Bola Tinubu on May 29.
Mustapha also assured that despite litigations, President Muhammadu Buhari will not stay in office beyond the expiration of his tenure.
He added that the transition process is on course and efforts are being made to ensure it is not interrupted.
