KSrelief of Saudi Arabia donates food items to 5,300 vulnerable households in Borno for Ramadan.
The Director General of NEMA, Mustapha Habib, commended the centre for their humanitarian support to Nigeria.
Each household will receive a 59kg basket of food items, including rice, beans, masavita flour, tomato paste, groundnut oil, salt, and seasoning cubes.
The beneficiaries were identified and profiled by NEMA in collaboration with SEMA.
The SEMA director of Planning Research and Statistics, Ali Isa, praised the intervention as timely and beneficial for the recovery process in the state.
Many beneficiaries expressed gratitude to God, the Saudi government, and all those involved in providing support during Ramadan.
