Cameroon – French football sensation Kylian Mbappé expressed his joy and gratitude during his inaugural visit to Cameroon, his country of origin. The 24-year-old football star, born in Paris to a Cameroonian father, described feeling honored and overwhelmed by the warm reception and love he has received from the Cameroonian people.

During his visit, Mbappé met with Cameroon’s Prime Minister, Joseph Ngute, along with other officials. It marked his first return to Cameroon since his teenage years. Mbappé participated in various sporting activities, including basketball with former Chicago Bulls star Joakim Noah, where he drew a crowd of enthusiastic spectators. He also showcased his football skills by playing against the Cameroonian team Vent d’Etoudi FC.
Additionally, Mbappé dedicated time to humanitarian work through his foundation, which focuses on empowering young individuals to achieve their dreams. He visited a school for children with hearing and speech disabilities, a project supported by his foundation.
