Lagos, Nigeria – Briscoe Properties Limited (BPL) has unveiled two new housing developments in Lagos as part of its 20th-anniversary celebrations. The projects, Jasmine Court and Jasmine Court 2, are positioned to bolster the company’s reputation for creating premium residential spaces in the bustling city.

Among the new ventures is Jasmine Court 2, a collection of 12 three-bedroom terraced duplexes located in the Lekki-Ajah area. These homes are designed with modern architectural styles, featuring high-end finishes and top-tier amenities, catering to the needs of discerning residents.

Seyi Onajide, Chairman of BPL, shared his excitement about the new projects, which he believes will raise the bar for quality housing in Lagos. Peters Awomolo, the Head of Business at BPL, praised the meticulous planning and design that went into the developments, ensuring they meet high standards of customer satisfaction.

Alongside the housing projects, BPL has also launched a short-let service, offering fully furnished apartments to cater to individuals seeking temporary accommodation. This service targets business travelers, expatriates, and tourists in need of short-term rental options within the city.

These latest ventures reaffirm BPL’s commitment to delivering exceptional living spaces and innovative housing solutions in Lagos, reinforcing its position as a key player in Nigeria’s real estate industry.
