Lagos, Nigeria – The Alagbeji Royal Family of Isolo kingdom has appealed to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State House of Assembly to intervene in the ongoing Osolo kingship crisis.

In a letter dated October 9, 2024, the family’s head, Taoreed Faronbi, expressed concern over the manipulation of the succession process by vested interests. The Alagbeji Royal Family has a history of peaceful transitions to the throne, but the current crisis threatens to disrupt this tradition.
