Lagos, Nigeria – On December 20, 2024, the Constituency Forum will hold its second annual Awards Dinner and Night, celebrating residents of Ejigbo Local Council Development Area (ELCDA) and Isolo Local Council Development Area (ILCDA) in Lagos State. This event promises to honor local achievements and strengthen community ties.
The event aims to honor individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the growth and development of the Oshodi/Isolo Constituency II.
Mr. Lasisi Idris, Chairman of the Planning Committee, revealed that the awards ceremony will recognize achievements across various fields, including business, community development, education, corporate organizations, and public service. He emphasized the importance of community-driven initiatives in complementing government efforts for local development.
The selection process for the 17 award categories will consider both public opinion and the evaluation of nominees’ contributions to the constituency and its residents. The event will feature a dinner night and offer promotional opportunities for brands to showcase their products and services.
Idris extended invitations to residents of both Ejigbo and Isolo LCDAs, as well as attendees from other constituencies across Lagos State. He highlighted the significant exposure and benefits that brands can gain from participating in this event.
