Lagos, Nigeria – Remedy Slyvanus Yange, an officer with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), was discovered deceased in the early hours of yesterday morning at the Fadeyi Bus Stop in Lagos.
A video shows the lifeless body of the officer surrounded by sympathizers, including some police officers. They searched the black handbag resting beside him and found his official identification card. There were no signs of a struggle. Yange’s clothes were neat, and his wristwatch was still on, suggesting he passed away peacefully.
