Ashgabat, Turkmenistan – The Makhtum Qoli State University of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, hosted a commemoration ceremony in honor of Hakim Abolqasem Ferdowsi, the renowned Iranian epic poet. During the ceremony, Morat Babagholi Annayev, the Deputy Chancellor of the University for Educational Affairs, delivered a speech paying tribute to Ferdowsi as a great Iranian poet and Makhtum Qoli as a revered Turkmen poet, both of whom enjoy immense respect worldwide.
